Job Description
Two or more years of experience collaboratively leading an agile team while possessing a solid understanding of Agile and Lean concepts, practices and agile values. Job Requirements
At least 8 10 years of technical work experience in IT.
At least 4+ years of experience working with an iterative delivery environment.
To have Insurance industry business knowledge.
To possess good software delivery life cycle experience. Able to lead and work with a large diverse team.
Working with offshore resources is a plus. Maintaining Visual Management System. Able to collaborate build partnerships, decision making, be a team player, good communication, initiating action and negotiation skills.
Experience in Facilitating meetings. To have experience in influencing and taking the team thru agile transformation.
Lead the team with regular cadences for the agile team.
To be effective in planning, creating metrics, resource capacity and demand, tool management like Clarity, Quality Center, RTC and RRC. Maintenance of Risks and Issues.
Create work plan and management. To be able to handle multiple projects at a time.
Lead the team in establishing Release goals and scope definition, Release and iteration Management. To lead the team without authority.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
