Electrical Technician

Job Description

Trillium Construction Services is now hiring Instrumentation Electrical Technicians.

Candidates will be responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of electrical and electronic equipment. Equipment includes, but is not limited to: pumps, motors, valves, actuators, transmitters, emission monitoring equipment, recorders, and programmable logic controllers. Technicians will need to install, navigate, and alter all types of PLC s, PID loop controllers, VFD s, HMI s, and other control devices. Provide phone and on-line technical support and complete service ticket information as needed. Full time position with benefits and healthcare, pay is negotiable around $37/hour, based on experience. Company does work on industrial substations and is a leader in emissions-control and clean-air combustion systems.

Qualifications

- 1+ year experience understanding National Electrical Code - 1+ year experience reading and understanding PID s, fabrication drawings, and electrical schematics. Troubleshooting experience with 480 VAC, and 24 VDC wiring and circuits. - Computer skills, Electrical and mechanical skills. - TWIC Card (will have to be obtained within first 6 weeks) - Willing to travel, work outside - 24/7 call out potential and must be willing to work scheduled and unscheduled OT. - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, pass all pre-employment screenings - Have basic tools

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
