Senior Project Architect
Speciality design-build contractor in Healthcare sector seeks Senior Project Architect with 5-15 years experience in healthcare, commercial and industrial projects - Local Philadelphia/Delaware Valley metropolitan area candidates only. Excellent design, production, shop drawing and organization skills. Must be team player with initiative for all phases of design including manufacturing and design-build process. Need to be expert in Revit/BIM and ACAD and have acted in capacity as team leader with Revit administration before. Position will be expected to train and mentor current staff in Revit/BIM and set up templates and libraries for department. Ability to manage multiple projects while administering Revit/BIM protocols a must. Sketch-up, V-Ray and 3ds-max rendering skill set a plus. Some travel may be required.
