. Client is migrating 2000 MS Exchange users to a new production environment, needs assistance with migration and support of existing users. User, application mailbox migrations, mailbox creation and testing. Testing, verification of Blackberry Enterprise Service and good device management. Troubleshooting data store failures, restore mailboxes. Outlook email client configuration. Email application testing, troubleshooting. Exchange server maintenance. Extremely good communication and team collaboration skills required.
Administrative Server-level knowledge of Exchange 2010. Exchange EMC/EMS/PowerShell tools. Windows 2008 R2 and familiarity with all supported Exchange clients. Knowledge of email security gateway tools (spam, virus, email encryption). Experience with email application troubleshooting (SMTP relay). Ability to create end-user documentation in support of migration. Familiarity with Notes email client configuration. Experience with Proofpoint email security gateway preferred.
